THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Terms of Service

Clear expectations for every ride and every delivery. Here’s how using Ms. Nayah is proposed to work.

A draft, not a published policy

These proposed terms describe rides and package deliveries with Ms. Nayah. They are for legal review only and do not take effect until approved and published. The legal operator, service area and governing law must be confirmed before launch.

01About these terms

Ms. Nayah brings rides and package deliveries together in one app. These draft Terms of Service set out the proposed rules for accessing the website and app, requesting a ride, sending or receiving a package, and communicating with us.

Once approved and published, the terms presented when you use the service will apply alongside any service-specific conditions shown before a booking. Driver and delivery-partner arrangements may be governed by a separate agreement. If you do not agree to the published terms, do not use the service.

02Your account

Provide accurate and current account details, and keep your sign-in information secure. Only use an account you are authorised to access. Tell us through an approved support channel if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and meet the eligibility requirements that apply where you use the service. Age limits, identity checks and any rules for bookings on behalf of another person must be confirmed before launch.

03Rides and deliveries

Check the service type, pickup and destination details, recipient information and any instructions before confirming a request. Service availability depends on location and available partners. Estimates for arrival and delivery are not guarantees.

For rides, be ready at the agreed pickup point and follow reasonable safety instructions. For deliveries, package items securely, describe the contents accurately and make sure the recipient can accept them. Do not send unlawful, hazardous or otherwise restricted items. The final prohibited-items list and size and value limits must be published before bookings open.

04Prices and payments

Review the price information and payment method displayed before confirming a booking. The final charge may differ where the service changes, such as an updated destination, additional waiting time or applicable fees, but any such charges must be explained in the booking flow.

You are responsible for charges you authorise. Payment processing, taxes, receipts and any promotional conditions will be described where relevant. If a charge looks incorrect, include the booking reference when contacting support; never send full payment-card details in a message.

05Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a request using the options available for that booking. A cancellation or waiting fee may apply only under the conditions disclosed before confirmation. A partner may also need to cancel if a request cannot be completed safely or lawfully.

If a ride or delivery is not completed, or you believe a charge should be reviewed, contact us with the booking reference and a description of the issue. Refund eligibility, methods and timing must be confirmed in the published policy. Nothing in these draft terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

06Safety and acceptable use

Treat riders, recipients, drivers and delivery partners with respect. Use the service lawfully and do not put people, property or personal information at risk. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a website reply.

  • Do not threaten, harass, discriminate against or harm anyone using the service.
  • Do not submit fraudulent bookings, misuse promotions, interfere with the app or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not use rides or deliveries to transport prohibited items or facilitate unlawful activity.

07Lost items and delivery issues

Check your belongings before leaving a vehicle. If you lose an item or have a concern about a package, contact support with the booking reference, date and a clear description. Avoid sharing another person’s private details unless needed to investigate.

Keep any relevant packaging, photos and booking records while an issue is reviewed. The published service policy must explain reporting windows, proof of delivery and the handling of damaged, missing or unclaimed items. Recovery of a lost item is not guaranteed.

08Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is proposed to be handled in connection with accounts, bookings and support. Please read it alongside these terms. Share recipient information only where you have an appropriate basis to do so.

Service messages may be needed to manage a booking, account or support request. Any optional marketing choices should be separate from essential service communications. The available channels and preference controls must be verified before publication.

09Our app and third-party services

Ms. Nayah’s name, branding, website and app content remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not copy, sell, modify or exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.

The service may depend on third parties, such as mapping or payment providers. Their terms may apply to their own services. Links do not imply endorsement. The contractual role of Ms. Nayah and each transport or delivery partner must be confirmed in the final terms.

10Service access and responsibility

Access may need to be restricted for suspected fraud, serious misuse, safety concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, the published policy should explain notice, review and appeal options. You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding lawful obligations may remain.

Services can be interrupted or unavailable. Any warranties, exclusions, liability limits or indemnities require local legal review and are not set by this draft. Nothing here is intended to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Disputes and applicable law

If something goes wrong, first describe the issue through an approved support channel so it can be reviewed. Keep relevant receipts and booking information. This does not prevent you from exercising rights available under applicable law.

The governing law, dispute-resolution process and any courts or other competent bodies are to be confirmed by legal counsel. No jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration requirement or waiver is established by this draft.

12Changes and getting in touch

When published terms change, the updated version should show an effective date and explain how material changes are communicated. Changes should not remove rights that apply to bookings already made unless permitted by law.

For questions about these draft terms, use the Contact Us page and select “Legal or privacy”. Before publication, add the verified legal operator name, registered business details, service area and official legal contact. These details are intentionally not invented in this draft.
